Registration Information

Conference Fees

1 day Conference registration (Either Friday or Saturday):  $199
2 day Conference registration:  $309 (YOUR BEST VALUE!)
2 day Student Registration (Student ID required; Intended for full-time students not currently employed):  $119
Friday Evening Aladdin at the Fox Theater tickets: $65 for conference attendees or guests (please note, the Fox Theater requires all patrons, regardless of age, to have a ticket)

All registrations include Friday’s boxed lunch.

How To Register

Registration may be done online or by printing out the PDF version of the registration form and mailing or faxing it in.

When using the online registration system, make your session choices for each round of breakout sessions by clicking on the appropriate session. Only those sessions with seats available will be visible.

If you are registering by printing out and sending in the registration form, please select a 1st and 2nd choice for each round of breakout sessions. You will be given the highest-priority session for which seats are available.

If you choose the purchase order payment option, please fax your purchase order within five business days to 573-882-1953, attention Early Learning.

Print out a PDF of the registration form and mail or fax it to:

To use the fillable features of the PDF registration form:

  1. Open the PDF form.
  2. Save the blank registration form to your computer
  3. Open the registration form on your computer and fill out the form
  4. Re-save the completed form to your computer
  5. Return the completed form with payment as directed on the form.

NOTE: Credit card payments will NOT be accepted by e-mail.

Filling out the information while in the browser does NOT retain your information.

Modifying Your Registration and Substitutions

Your registration can be modified by returning to your online registration. A link will be provided in your confirmation letter, along with a confirmation number that will return you to your online registration. You are also welcome to edit your registration to send a substitute if you find out that your can’t come. Select the “more options” button once you have logged back into your registration. Your payment will be transferred to the substitute, but the new participant will then be able to alter any selections you have made.

Refund Policy

Your registration can be cancelled by returning to your online registration (see above), or by contacting the MU Conference Office directly at

We would be happy to refund your registration fee if your request is received by the MU Conference Office by October 25, 2018. You will be held responsible for payment on purchase orders and invoices unless cancelled in writing by October 25, 2018.

Please note that the Friday evening Aladdin tickets are non-refundable. You may allow someone else to attend in your place, but no refunds will be provided.

No refunds will be issued after October 25, 2018; however, substitutions are welcome. Please contact the MU Conference Office at (573) 882-4349 with any questions.
